Automatically create a Swiss QR invoice from your payment details

A QR invoice contains a machine-readable Swiss QR code that combines the IBAN or QR-IBAN, amount, currency, and recipient details into a single uniform format. Banking apps read this code directly, so the payment can be triggered without typing errors.

The QR code completely replaces the former payment slip. For invoice issuers, that mainly means one thing: the stored payment details must be correct and complete, otherwise no valid code can be generated.

You enter your company or personal name, full address, IBAN, and currency once in your company profile. OfferPilot checks whether an invoice with a valid QR payment section can be created from this information, and otherwise points you specifically to the missing fields.

Once all the details are present, the payment section is generated automatically for every invoice – including the correct QR-IBAN format if your bank has assigned you a QR-IBAN, or as a regular IBAN with an optional reference. You never have to create the code manually or insert it into a PDF.

OfferPilot generates the QR code technically correctly from your details, but doesn't check whether the IBAN actually belongs to your account or whether a QR-IBAN is correctly assigned. Review these details carefully once, especially after switching banks.
