Do I need to install anything?
No. You use OfferPilot in your browser. You can set up your account yourself for free using a guide. If you prefer, we can set it up for you for a one-time fee of CHF 25.
What if the AI writes something incorrect?
Check the text, prices, and recipient before every send. You can edit the draft yourself or ask the AI for changes. The AI can make mistakes and does not replace professional or legal review.
How secure is my data?
We use external service providers for accounts, documents, emails, payments, and AI features. AI generation also processes information from your company profile and document. Details on recipients and processing abroad are in the privacy policy.
How do I create a quote?
You sign in to OfferPilot, enter the customer details and the requested service, and get a draft that the AI drafts from your keywords and your price list. You review and complete the draft and approve it – only then is the quote sent to your customer as a PDF.
Can I create a quote online with OfferPilot?
Yes. OfferPilot runs entirely in the browser, with no installation. You can register for free and create a quote online right away.
How do I create an invoice?
Just as with a quote, you enter the customer, services, and prices. For an invoice, OfferPilot additionally checks your saved payment details and automatically generates a Swiss QR invoice once the IBAN, address, and recipient details are complete.
What has to be on a Swiss invoice?
Common requirements are the sender and recipient, a unique invoice number, the issue date, a clear description of services with quantities and prices, and the payment deadline. OfferPilot takes these details from your company profile and your line items in a structured way; the tax review remains with you or your accountant.
Can I create an invoice from a quote?
A quote can currently be converted directly into a contract and vice versa. For an invoice, you create a new document; the customer and price list are already on file and don't need to be typed in again.
Can I create a quote as a PDF?
Yes. Every quote can be viewed and downloaded as a PDF with your logo at any time, regardless of whether it is sent to the customer.
What kind of businesses is OfferPilot suitable for?
OfferPilot is aimed at self-employed people, trade businesses, and small to medium Swiss businesses who regularly create quotes or invoices and want to save time doing so.
Is OfferPilot suitable for tradespeople?
Yes. Businesses such as electrical, plumbing, painting, plastering, or landscaping companies use OfferPilot to create quotes and invoices right after the customer appointment instead of catching up in the evening.
Which documents can I create?
OfferPilot supports quotes, invoices, and contracts. Depending on the plan, alerts for overdue invoices and controlled payment reminders are also available.
Does the free registration start a subscription?
No. Registration includes 2 free documents and starts neither a subscription nor a payment. A paid purchase requires a separate checkout with acceptance of the Terms of Service.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled to take effect at the end of the current billing period. Individual document credits are not a subscription.
